What is a Director of Christian Education?
基督教教育主任(DCE)是受呼召和委任的终身教育领袖，专为团队事工而预备. A DCE plans, administers, 并评估在基督的身体里培育和装备人的事工，使他们的灵命成熟, service, and witness in home, job, congregation, community, and the world. CUI的基督教教育计划主任为那些对福音充满热情的事工领袖提供装备, God’s people, and their calling.
Through four years of coursework and one year of internship, 学生将准备好在教会环境中有效地担任以下角色:
- Ministry Leader: Heart for full-time service in the church

Upon the successful completion of the Theological Studies: Christian Education Leadership major and the DCE program requirements and upon recommendation of the faculty, students will:
- Receive certification as a DCE by the LCMS.
- 成为有资格接受呼召进入教会全职服事的人.
